Digital Product Delivery

All courses sold on Jim Fahad Digital Academy are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.

After your payment is successfully completed, your course access will be delivered digitally through your student account, course dashboard, and/or email instructions.

Course Access After Purchase

Upon successful payment, you may receive access in one or more of the following ways:

  • You may be redirected to your student dashboard or course access page.
  • You may receive an email with instructions to access your course.
  • You may receive account login or password setup instructions by email.
  • The purchased course may be added to your student account automatically.

Access to the purchased course through your student dashboard will be considered delivery of the digital course.

Email Delivery

If you receive an email from us with instructions to access your course, the receipt of that email will be considered delivery of your purchased course access.

Please make sure you enter the correct email address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, email filtering, spam folders, or inbox delivery issues.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed securely through Paddle or other authorized payment providers.

Course access is provided only after the payment is successfully completed and confirmed. If a payment is failed, cancelled, pending, disputed, or under review, course access may be delayed or not provided until the payment is confirmed.

Pre-Order or Launch Access

If a course is sold as a pre-order, early access, or launch offer, the course access date may be mentioned on the sales page, checkout page, or confirmation email.

In such cases, course access will be delivered according to the stated launch or access date.

Access Issues

If you do not receive your course access, login details, or email instructions after completing your purchase, please contact us within 5 days from the date of your order.

If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the course access may be considered delivered to you.
